Refund policy
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Return Policy
The return will be completed within 30 days after delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For items shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the standard return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
